Should not be able to unpublish a locked Sprint
Customer has a use case where users are group admins and authors (combined) and has requested that if a sprint is locked that they can not unpublish.

Sentimos comunicarte que en los próximos 12 meses no podremos hacerlo posible. Después de comprobar todas las prioridades de learningCloudCloud esta ha sido rechazada de la hoja de ruta del próximo año ya que hay otras prioridades en el roadmap actualmente.
