I need to enrol many different users to many different courses. I was guessing if you may advice on how this could be somehow automated.
1. Is there a possibility to have a massive enrolment using a csv procedure?
2. Is there a chance to have users in a group automatically enrolled in a course, or in a course category?

We had lost the thread of this.
We are taking action so it does not happens again.
As for you questions, the only way to enroll user with a CSV has to be course by course.
Also the option for automaticaly enroll user by group in a course is not possible.
An option would be to configure the course as Auto-enrolment and in the recipient tab add the groups (or none if its for everyone). In this case the course would appear for the students in the catalog section and they would have to enroll themselves.
We have also contacted you KAM and learning Consultant to give them visibility of your needs

Estamos tomando medidas para que no vuelva a suceder.
En cuanto a sus preguntas, la única forma de inscribir a un usuario con un CSV tiene que ser curso por curso.
Además, la opción para inscribir automáticamente a un usuario por grupo en un curso no es posible.
Una opción sería configurar el curso como Autoinscripción y en la pestaña de destinatarios agregar los grupos (o ninguno si es para todos). En este caso el curso aparecería para los alumnos en la sección de catálogo y tendrían que matricularse ellos mismos.
Además, hemos puesto en conocimiento de su comercial y learning Consultant para darles visibilidad de sus necesidades.
